Exchanges & Refunds:
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you use our hair oil for at least 3 days within 7 days of receiving it and do not experience any noticeable results, we will issue a refund.
This policy is based on honesty, and we trust our customers to follow it sincerely. We have complete faith in our product and are confident that you will begin to notice a positive change within 3 days of use.
Please note that this policy applies only if the product has been used as recommended, and not misused or altered in any way.
Damages and Issues:
We take great care in ensuring that your order is delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
To be eligible for a return due to damage or incorrect item delivery, your product must be in its original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
