1. Use of Website
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict others' use of the site.
2. Product Information
Saynoor offers 100% organic personal care products made with natural ingredients. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and visuals, slight variations may occur due to the nature of natural ingredients.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. Orders must be paid in full before they are processed or shipped.
4. Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy on our hair oil. If you use the product for at least 3 consecutive days and do not observe any noticeable improvement, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
This policy is based on mutual honesty. We believe in our product's effectiveness and trust our customers to try it sincerely before initiating a return.
To be eligible:
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- Product should not be more than 25% used.
- Returns must be initiated via email at saynoorpk@gmail.com.
5. Damages & Delivery Issues
We ensure proper packaging and quality checks. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide unboxing images or videos as proof.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including product names, descriptions, images, logos, and designs—is the exclusive property of Saynoor and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Saynoor is not liable for individual allergic reactions or misuse of the product. We recommend performing a patch test before full application. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Modifications to Terms
Saynoor reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
